Clinic Policies

We ask that you call and make an appointment as we attend our clients by prior appointment only.

Cancellations must be done 24 hours before your appointment, A $20 cancellation fee will apply otherwise.

We ask that payment be made in full at the time of your visit. If payment is difficult at this time you may request to be considered for a sliding scale fee . Ask our assistant or Dr. Brooke for further details.

Fee Schedule

*You may request a free 15 minute introductory consultation to begin to understand Naturopathic Medicine and how we can best serve you.

First Visit
The initial consultation (approximately 90 minutes) is the most important foundation for building our relationship and our understanding of your specific needs.
$95 - First Visit (adult)
$65  - First Visit (pediatric- under 10 years old)

Follow-Up
$55 - Follow-up Visit (adult)
$40 - Follow-Up Visit (pedaitric)

Brief Appointments
$25 for any brief appointment (20 minutes) according to your treatment plan or specific needs determined by the doctor.

*Any further lab testing or evaluation will be charged separately.
*Naturopathic Medicines are an additional cost.

Insurance

At the moment we do not accept any medical insurance. A new law has been passed in Puerto Rico to allow NDs to begin negotiations with the individual insurance plans in order to establish a fair payment agreement. This may take some time before we can evaluate the benefits of considering this option.

As Naturopathic Doctors we provide a unique experience that involves spending extra time with you in order to best understand your case and provide the space for you to be heard. Our visits are “quality time” between you and the Doctor that permits us to answer any questions you may have and provide you with the tools you need, in addition to a thorough evaluation and treatment.

This is what sets us apart from the different medical communities. As NDs our commitment is to education and to addressing the root cause of your complaints. We often spend several hours outside of our visits studying your personal case in order to provide you with the best treatment based on your specific needs and constitution.
